Step 3: Situation Analysis Audit And Diagnostics

After understanding your requirements, RDL does a Situation Analysis Audit – which is a preliminary assessment and examination of where you (or the organisation) currently stand in relation to goals and objectives.

The audit provides information relating to internal and external factors that can positively or negatively affect the project or your mission – and highlights what is lacking or missing, with guidelines on how to resolve these to meet goals and objectives.

Step 4: Research & Development

The outcome: A clearly outlined and defined Report (Blueprint) detailing what success looks like in practice.
