Beauty is in the power of the holder…

Beauty is a subjective and culturally influenced idea, meaning that what is considered beautiful to one person would probably not be so for another (it’s in the eye of the beholder).

To exactly define beauty would be a complex endeavour, as there is a philosophical concept of beauty, a political concept, a metaphysical concept, an artistic concept, a physical concept –  and various social and cultural constructs of beauty.

Media, fashion, and pop culture trends can heavily influence what is considered beautiful, and can shape societal ideals of beauty. People have their own unique preferences for beauty that vary greatly, and are often influenced by personal experiences, upbringing, and individual aesthetic tastes.

And in the context of physical beauty (a person’s physique) – sometimes, a person’s personality, charisma, and character traits such as kindness, empathy, intelligence, authenticity or a good sense of humour, can make someone more appealing and be considered as beautiful.

Beauty can evoke emotions, inspire creativity, and influence human behaviour. It plays a role in all aesthetics, influencing choices in art, design, relationships…

If we absolutely HAVE TO define beauty, or perceive something as beautiful, it would be because there are certain inherent qualities, constructs or proportions that can make something beautiful regardless of individual opinions.

This perspective often draws from concepts like symmetry, balance, and harmony – colour, shape, form, or proportion that are somehow appealing or delightful to the observer who experiences the object with a sense of admiration and pleasure.

Beauty is in the holder…  (its form)

There’s no denying the universal appeal of a sculpted and chiselled form that exudes strength and confidence.

We all admire it. And we all want it, regardless of what anyone else says or portrays or thinks.

Because most people find symmetry and proportion pleasing to the eye, a certain body shape is – or can be – considered as most beautiful.

That’s why a healthy and well-maintained body often contributes to perceptions of beauty and perfection. A slim lean, muscular body, clear skin, good posture, and an overall sense of vitality are all very attractive qualities.

How you carry yourself, greatly influences how others perceive you. And it always starts with a good, attractive, healthy physique.

Which means, beauty lies totally in the power of the holder… when you feel and look confident, self-assured, attractive (and look good naked. 🙂)

Beauty in a physical form, comes down to balance and harmony (posture, stability and graceful movements) and symmetry and proportion…

Your body composition.

But the quest for beauty goes beyond mere aesthetics…

It’s about the desire to transform and elevate your sense of self. You want to feel comfortable in your own skin.

Which brings us to the mind, in letting yourself feel comfortable with yourself
