Amplify Business Growth With Experiential Events
All businesses are in it for profit… that’s why they exist
And the only ways to raise profits are to: bring down operational costs (minimise expenses and overheads), streamline business management (smart governance), grow through mergers, acquisitions or expansion, and real sales that bring in more revenue.
They are equally important, but sales (the result of marketing, advertising, PR and F2F meetings) are probably the most challenging of them all, an essential aspect of all businesses, and a direct determinant of the success or failure of a venture.
Sales play a key role in the building of loyalty and trust between customer and business. Trust and loyalty are the main reasons why a customer would remain a long-term customer and recommend a brand to someone else.
All businesses exist to give some type of value… with the aim to make profits… While great products and services help, without sales, they will only be expenses.
To increase revenue you need to:
- Expand into new markets – increase the number of customers (sales) from more regions
- Increase conversion rates (from prospects to signed deals – by creating likability, trust, operational and social proof, and reciprocity)
- Raise prices (more revenue for the same amount of effort – become a reputed luxury offering, which means quality products delivered by exceptional credible teams, with customer service fit for a king)
- Increase average transaction size (double up on value by upselling, cross-selling and bundling: to get each customer to purchase more)
- Increase the size of transactions per customer (encourage people to purchase more often, or create more ways for them to use products or services such as maintenance contract programs)
- Increase buying frequency, repeat business from existing customers (incentives and loyalty offerings)
- Start a referral program (satisfied customers giving a good review are the best brand advocates and source of new business)
- Add additional product lines (develop more products for different segments)
- Partnerships (form JV’s or alliances with related companies who have the same type of client base although not in the same sector)
- Qualify (focus the majority of efforts on serving the most ideal and willing customers who buy early, buy often, spend the most, spread the word, and are willing to pay a premium for the value provided)
- Effective strategies in marketing (analyze data on customer purchases and product preferences. Based on strategic plans, then develop targeted promotions to hit specific customers with ad messages and promotional offers)
- Boost operational efficiency (with technology without taking away the person aspect, and cutting inefficient operations or behaviours)
- Access to more capital, more sales creates investor confidence
Often the problems that result in poor sales are, lack of understanding the target market, or not speaking to the right market, not recognising opportunities, no access, poor sales abilities and inadequate content and tools.

RDL KNOWS HOW TO CHOREOGRAPH ATTENTION
Brand Activations and Immersions
Where normal promotions, advertising and marketing through all mediums – online and offline, website, digital, email, social and traditional print and broadcast, or live during exhibitions – do manage to capture consumer attention for a little while, it is hard to touch them on a deeper level, making that personal connection that would catapult your brand into their lap, and hopefully make enough impact to stay there over a long time.
And there is only one way to do this: with live brand experiential events.
A live brand experiential event or activation is where bold, extraordinary experiences are being created – offering something that is far more memorable and outside the scope of normal experience, involving positive feelings and deeper connections with all senses: sight, touch, smell, taste, feelings, breath… letting the target audiences experience how it can enhance their lives whilst deliver clear visible results for the brand.
We are not talking about general sales meetings, conferences, tradeshows and exhibitions where people mingle around a showroom floor in-between speaker sessions and networking breaks, and ignore you as they walk past with smiles and polite “no thank yous…”
We are talking about a bold, extraordinary experience – offering something far more memorable and outside the scope of normal experiences, involving all the senses: sight, touch, smell, taste, feelings, breath, mind, heart… letting the target audience experience how it can enhance their lives.
These experiences are designed to deliver tangible proof of a brand’s identity, its ethos, values, promises, the benefits of its products or services, delivered in such a remarkable, tangible, valuable, WOW way that people will forever remember it.
From the consumer’s perspective, a unique experiential activation can be a surprising and satisfying break from routine. It may also help them to see a brand, product, or an issue in a different way, and understand better how it adds value to their lives.
Exceptional experiences give people something interesting or different to talk about–or share photos of–with friends, colleagues, and social media followers.
They will remember (and share) the company, the brand, the product, the story, the interaction with the brand ambassadors, what the company offers, and what it stands for, and therefore form a lasting connection between them and the brand, establishing a deeper emotional connection and higher brand affinity.
RDL exceeds expectations by providing access to brand experiences that can’t be replicated or found anywhere else and developed specific KPI areas and benchmarks around these concepts that are always met.
Although working independently RDL delivers on the brand’s overall business goals and visions, working with the brands, communications, marketing, advertising and PR teams.
Brand Education Workshops
Brands who better connect with their customers – first by understanding their needs and desires, then by meeting them in simple yet elegant ways – will position themselves as long-term market leaders…
In Brand Education Workshops, Brands attract (and keep hold of) high quality audiences, explore their specific outlooks on life, that reveal how Brands can meet their ever-growing expectations in the future.
Brand Education Workshops are designed to allow brand managers intimately communicate the value of their Brands to a discerning clientele – discussing essential concepts of the Brand, important and relevant to the customer, illustrating in real time why they should consider it.
Generally, Brands are invited to participate as part of a campaign where all participant JV Brands fall into a similar lifestyle category or theme, or Brand Education Workshops are structured around one company with various house brands, or just one product brand.
Brand Education Workshops can be structured as a real live event at a brick-and-mortar venue or as a virtual event with elegantly designed showrooms or booths.
QS Campaigns
A campaign is a coordinated series of strategic activities and messages designed to promote a product, service, brand, or event.
A quantum string is a thread of an idea running through various objects so that all the different forces, particles, interactions and manifestations of reality (end product) are tied together as part of the same framework using independent fundamental forces – strong (anchor-accent) , electromagnetic (the alluring aspects of it – what brings the attraction to it), weak (what weaknesses it will cover and empower) and gravitational (how it will be a forceful attraction so it is simply too strong to resist)
EliteBrands are known for hosting curated, high-end elegant events that reflect their prestige, sophistication, and distinct brand identity. These events are designed to showcase products and create immersive brand experiences that captivate the senses and connect emotionally with elite audiences. Every detail, from décor and music to lighting and scent is carefully curated to communicate the brand’s values and legacy.
These events often attract high-profile personas, making them perfect platforms for strengthening relationships, and creating memorable content.
The goal is to raise awareness, generate interest, drive engagement, and ultimately increase sales or participation. These campaigns are usually time-bound, target a specific audience, and utilise various content tools and channels.
AMPLIFICATION STRATEGY
Clear pillars and dimensions
RDL teaches audiences how to be acutely aware of the brand, get to know its history, people, why they do what they do, so audiences will remember and use their products and stay loyal over a long term.
The mission thus is to persuade, stimulate, inform, envision, entertain, and forecast events, influencing meaning and modifying human behaviour, and to develop the experience of a product, service, or event along any or all of the following dimensions:
- Duration (Initiation, Immersion, Conclusion, and Continuation)
- Intensity (Reflex, Habit, Engagement)
- Breadth (Products, Services, Brands, Nomenclatures, Channels/Environment/Promotion)
- Interaction (Passive, Active, Interactive)
- Triggers (All Human Senses, Concepts, and Symbols)
- Significance (Meaning, Status, Emotion, Price, and Function)
Content
RDL uses live events to generate compelling, shared knowledge; using the vast amount of readily available technology to capture that content and then make it available to broader markets + brands in content forms of audio, photo, video and text…
RDL (in association with global partners) produces a cinematic video production as the hero of all content assets within a campaign. Cinematic video content typically serves as the central narrative or north star around which all other content revolves.
Cinematic videos are designed to evoke strong emotions through compelling storytelling, high-quality visuals, music, and pacing. This emotional engagement creates a lasting impression and fosters a deeper connection with the brand or message, something that static images or text alone can’t achieve as powerfully.
High production value gives a brand authority. Audiences equate polished visuals with professionalism and trustworthiness. A beautifully produced hero video signals that the brand is invested, serious, and premium.
Cinematic videos tend to follow narrative structures (problem–solution, transformation arc, hero’s journey), which are inherently memorable. This makes a campaign more likely to stick in the audience’s mind.

Gulfstream Launch
Not one for following standard industry trends, Gulfstream asked GPJ for a bold and creative solution – a hybrid solution – for this launch event, which would increase the reach of the event beyond the physical location at their Savannah, Georgia world HQ to a global audience.
Working closely with the Gulfstream marketing team, broadcast partner NOMOBO, and sister agency Spinifex Group, GPJ designed, built, directed and broadcast Gulfstream’s worldwide show reveal of the all-new Gulfstream G400 and Gulfstream G800 aircraft LIVE to both in person and virtual audiences.
The event was co-hosted by Gulfstream CMO Jeannine Haas, together with Jennifer Leach English, Editorial Director of Business Jet Traveler, who together led the live AND virtual audiences through the event.
SALES EXAMPLE CASE STUDIES
Nissan Patrol Launches Across SSA
Nissan Sub Sahara Africa tasked us to develop and participate in a VIP event showcasing the then new Nissan Patrol. We took this throughout Africa into Zimbabwe, Zambia, Tanzania and Kenya and sold 17 vehicles during these events.
The below commercial showcases exactly what we’ve done, only with an African flavour, sadly we did not take the opportunity to shoot a similar production due to lack of interest from Nissan management in Japan to fund such a production.
But the focus was to sell Patrols to a private VIP clientele list, not to produce a commercial, which we’ve achieved with tremendous success, considering a Patrol is not cheap.
Luxury Flybridge Yacht – Ferretti Yachts 1000 Premiere in Venice.
Considering what Ferretti yachts did with this event, the same can be arranged for any brand who wishes to turn an event into a sales focused showcase, meaning at the end of such a show, capture interested parties there and then to set up sales calls later.
WHY EXPERIENTIAL EVENTS
You know your target audience, but do they know you intimately? And the few who are aware of your brand may not have any meaningful connection to it.
In order to get your brand off the ground, you need to make a splash. You need to generate engagement. You need to give your audience a reason to be excited about your company. In short, you need to activate your brand.
Experiential events are an excellent platform to generate new leads and increase ROI, with:
- 65% of brands using the strategy agreeing that it positively correlates with sales
- 80% of attendees report that live demonstrations and samples have a significant impact on their purchasing decision. (EventTrack)
- 70% of users become regular customers after an experiential marketing event. (EventTrack)
- 75% of companies say they expect more than 5:1 ROI when executing experiential events. (EMI & Mosaic)

A significant number of companies are increasing their budgets for experiential marketing. Specifically, 74% of Fortune 1000 marketers anticipate boosting their experiential marketing spending in 2025 .
And this is the reason why many marketers and top companies are incorporating this type of marketing after understanding the connection it establishes with a targeted audience.
