Physical Capital – (Body And Mind Health – The Foundation)

What is Physique?

Physiology is the science of life.

It is the branch of biology that aims to understand the mechanisms of living things, from the basis of cell function at the ionic and molecular level to the integrated behaviour of the whole body and the influence of the external environment.

Research in physiology helps to understand how the body works in health, how it responds and adapts to the challenges of everyday life,  and helps to determine what goes wrong in disease.

In the context here, it means your physical being, physiology and anatomy, and how it is fueled by nutrients and exercise to continue with and optimise your life.

This is not a deep study of your body as an organism, but mentioned so you can understand that your body should be seen as a valuable asset, as it is the vehicle through which you move through life, that gives you the energy to perform and attract partners and relationships.

Of all elements that make up a human being, the physical aspect is arguably the most important asset you will ever own.

Your body enables you to participate in life with vigour and vitality – if you are feeling healthy and energised.

Implementing regular physical activity, maintaining a healthy diet, and rejuvenating through rest and sleep, will protect you from chronic diseases and improve overall quality of life, and boost self-esteem and confidence.

Respect all matters that can promote your longevity, because longer life expectancy is considered a symbol of quality and prosperity.

Taking care of yourself so that you not only add years to your life but enhance the enjoyment and quality of those years, is of utmost importance in building a personal brand.

Because it is the first thing anyone will see. So making an impactful physical impression is a critical component of interaction.

Physical appearance is believed by anthropologists to affect the development of personality significantly and social relations.

All humans are sensitive to their physical appearance. Some differences in human appearance are genetic, others are the result of age, poor lifestyle or disease, and many are the result of personal adornment.

Consider:

Exercise – A well-rounded workout with cardio, strength (weight) training, and flexibility is something all should strive for because it improves health and overall quality of life.

Nutrition – A healthy balanced eating plan is 80% part of your health regime.

Wellbeing – Helps you to be stress free, balanced and serene.

Longevity – The longer you live the longer you have with friends, family and around to enjoy life.

Grooming and hygiene – Shows you care about, and is proud of yourself.

Aesthetics – A set of principles concerned with the nature and appreciation of beauty.
